Lead contract negotiations, risk management, and proposal development within MEPPI's Limits of Authority.
Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team—drive employee engagement, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance reviews.
Represent MEPPI at key industry conferences, events, and strategic meetings.
Embody and promote MEPPI's commitment to Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards in all department activities.
What You Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical/commercial field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in engineering, software development, sales, marketing, and contract negotiation, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in digital product development, software lifecycle management, systems integration, and machine learning technologies.
Strong financial acumen with advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
Proven leadership skills in developing and managing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools used for analysis, planning, and reporting.
Contract savvy: Ability to read, interpret, and negotiate technical and commercial agreements.
Industry insight: Familiarity with utility operations, maintenance practices, and procurement strategies.
