What You Bring:
- Proven Experience: Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology (or related field) preferred, plus 5+ years as a field service technician and 2+ years leading or supervising a team—or equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Technical Know-How: Strong ability to read technical drawings and bills of material, paired with deep knowledge of service operations.
- Sharp Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical and operational challenges.
