What you'll bring:
Education: Associate's degree in a computer-related field and 2–4 years of IT support experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Technical Expertise: Skilled in PC configuration, Microsoft Windows, MS Office, SCCM (or similar platforms), and modern enterprise applications.
Networking Knowledge: Understanding of TCP/IP, Windows Networking, and security best practices.
Communication: Clear and approachable communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Resourceful and analytical thinker with a drive to resolve technical issues effectively and independently.
