  • Partner with the Production Scheduler to expedite jobs as needed, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead Facility Improvement Projects:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee CPSD and MEPPI facility projects, managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources from inception to completion.

  • Facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to drive successful project outcomes.

Forecast and Align Resources:

  • Analyze and forecast short-term and long-term operational demand to ensure alignment with limitations such as dock space, assembly space, workforce availability, and logistics.

  • Verify customer readiness to receive orders on scheduled dates, mitigating potential delays.

Drive Process Improvements:

  • Support the Department Manager by maintaining current department procedures and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

  • Evaluate business demands and allocate inventory locations based on operational priorities.

Enhance Digital Capabilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve digital tracking tools to report project statuses and enhance operational visibility.

Communicate and Collaborate:

  • Participate in project update meetings with Inside Sales, providing detailed reports on operational statuses and customer order timelines.

  • Lead internal meetings with the Operations Team to review order statuses, production schedules, and product arrivals from vendors.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to secure necessary equipment and resources for testing.

Promote a Collaborative Culture:

  • Foster a positive, professional image for the Operations Department by maintaining timely and cooperative relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.

  • Communication: Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees, vendors, and customers effectively.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address operational challenges.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
