Collaboration:** Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather insights on current state processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose recommendations for optimized future state processes.
Drive Cross-Functional Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, secure buy-in, and develop actionable solutions for effective implementation of process changes.
Track and Measure Success: Develop and maintain SCD procedures and detailed documentation of process changes. Track the impact of improvements and report progress to senior management. Assist in creating metrics to monitor process performance.
Support OPEX Initiatives: Contribute to operational excellence initiatives, including those associated with the 7-SEAS Program, benchmarking activities, and the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving project goals.
Promote a Positive Image: Further the goals and positive professional image of the Division by interacting effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
What You Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a similar role—or equivalent education and experience.
Continuous Improvement Expertise: Formal training and experience with continuous improvement programs such as Lean/JIT and Six Sigma.
Methodology Skills: Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including SIPOC and process mapping.
Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Communication Excellence: Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for engaging effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, with an emphasis on MS Office products, Visio, CRM, and ERP business systems.
