Oversee Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations, managing risks and ensuring product proposals align with company policies and objectives.
Support Staff Development: Guide and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related technical or commercial field with a minimum of 10 years of engineering, sales, and contract negotiation experience and a minimum of 5 years of management experience, equivalent education and experience.
Strategic Vision & Leadership: Your experience in product management, sales, and contract negotiation will empower you to shape the product line's success.
Financial Expertise: Your strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L will drive profitable outcomes and successful budget management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Your ability to work effectively across departments will ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
Industry Knowledge & Expertise: A deep understanding of IT Cooling products and industry trends will inform strategic decisions and maintain product relevance in a competitive market.
Problem-Solving Skills: Your ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve technical or operational issues will be key to product success.
