Position summary

  • Perform document control functions, including managing the transmission of drawings and technical documents.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare, organize, and disseminate reports using MEPPI's business and document systems, ensuring alignment with SCD formatting and consistency standards.

  • Support the Division safety program by collecting data, generating reports, and managing the purchase and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Monitor, track, and analyze training, process, and policy compliance, reporting any variances or concerns to management.

  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into SCD.

  • Develop presentation materials for client meetings, business planning sessions, and senior management reviews.

  • Manage internal communications by preparing and distributing division-wide updates in collaboration with Division leadership.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for SCD management, maintain the travel calendar, and process expense reports.

  • Develop, plan, and maintain meeting schedules, including all-employee meetings, customer meetings, and subcontractor engagements.

  • Organize special events and social functions to foster team collaboration and engagement.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of administrative or clerical experience, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Independence & Initiative: Ability to work autonomously with limited guidance while managing multiple assignments.

  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

  • Problem-Solving & Analysis: Intermediate analytical skills to assess challenges and provide effective solutions.

  • Communication Excellence: Advanced interpersonal and written communication skills to engage with executives, employees, vendors, and customers.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems, and business planning software.
