Perform document control functions, including managing the transmission of drawings and technical documents.
Administrative Support
Prepare, organize, and disseminate reports using MEPPI's business and document systems, ensuring alignment with SCD formatting and consistency standards.
Support the Division safety program by collecting data, generating reports, and managing the purchase and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitor, track, and analyze training, process, and policy compliance, reporting any variances or concerns to management.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into SCD.
Develop presentation materials for client meetings, business planning sessions, and senior management reviews.
Manage internal communications by preparing and distributing division-wide updates in collaboration with Division leadership.
Coordinate travel arrangements for SCD management, maintain the travel calendar, and process expense reports.
Develop, plan, and maintain meeting schedules, including all-employee meetings, customer meetings, and subcontractor engagements.
Organize special events and social functions to foster team collaboration and engagement.
What You Bring:
Education: Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of administrative or clerical experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Independence & Initiative: Ability to work autonomously with limited guidance while managing multiple assignments.
Confidentiality & Integrity: Skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Problem-Solving & Analysis: Intermediate analytical skills to assess challenges and provide effective solutions.
Communication Excellence: Advanced interpersonal and written communication skills to engage with executives, employees, vendors, and customers.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems, and business planning software.
