Position summary

oss departments, working closely with engineering, quality, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment with timelines and goals.

  • Product Development & Launch
    Coordinate and facilitate product development initiatives and new product launches, ensuring alignment with market demand, customer needs, and corporate vision.

  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
    Work with MEPPI's Marketing and Corporate Development teams to analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Government Policy & Regulatory Monitoring
    Monitor government initiatives and policies that impact the PUG business, providing leadership with strategic interpretations and recommended actions.

  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
    Participate in operational planning and process improvement efforts. Support the establishment of standardized policies and procedures to enhance overall division performance.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    Review operational and financial reports to assess progress toward business objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to data-driven decision making.

  • Corporate Alignment & Culture Promotion
    Actively promote and support MEPPI's Safety, Quality, and Environmental Policies. Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and customer-first thinking across the organization.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Represent the PUG Division in interactions with customers, internal stakeholders, and MELCO personnel to strengthen relationships and promote MEPPI's reputation.

What you Bring:

  • Education & Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-tech industrial products, including strategic business planning, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Technical Knowledge
    Intermediate understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, computer hardware, and software development.
    Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, IEC, NEMA, UL, and FNPA.

  • Leadership & Communication
    Proven ability to work collaboratively across business units as a team, program, or project leader.
    Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence and present to executive leadership.

  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking
    Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Experience using data to inform decisions and improve business performance.

  • Technology Proficiency
    Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and business systems related to project and performance management.
