Position summary

that enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness throughout CPSD operations.

Strengthen Quality Systems:
Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to standardize workflows and support long-term operational stability.

Own ISO 9001 Audits & Certification:
Oversee internal and external audits, manage the CPSD QA Program, and maintain or expand ISO 9001 certification as needed across the division.

Lead & Develop the Quality Team:
Provide strong leadership to QA staff, ensuring adherence to company policies. Drive employee development through training, cross-training, coaching, and performance reviews.

Drive Data-Backed Improvements:
Conduct ISO-focused management reviews, analyze quality and performance data, and recommend actionable improvements to strengthen processes and outcomes.

Build Robust QA Programs:
Develop and maintain quality assurance programs, including inspection protocols, testing procedures, and internal audit practices.

Track & Report Quality KPIs:
Monitor critical quality metrics and performance indicators, providing insights and recommending corrective or preventive actions.

Solve Quality Problems:
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring problems.

Partner on Supplier Quality:
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to manage supplier qualifications, audits, and ongoing quality evaluations.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain compliance with ISO standards, MEPPI requirements, industry-specific regulations, and customer expectations. Manage all documentation required for audits, certifications, and compliance reviews.

Enhance Customer & Supplier Relationships:
Engage with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns, support business relationships, and improve operations.

Communicate Performance:
Prepare and present monthly reports on quality trends, corrective actions, and program performance.

Represent CPSD with Excellence:
Promote the division's professional image through effective interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.

What You Bring:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing management, quality management, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in process engineering, quality control, or manufacturing management

  • Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience

  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of quality control methods such as statistical process control, Deming methods, ISO 9000 standards, and root cause analysis methodologies.

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • High proficiency with MS Office, data analysis/visualization tools, and MRP/ERP systems
