Reporting – Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for internal stakeholders.
Research – Monitor industry trends, publications, and tools to stay informed and uncover emerging opportunities.
Database Management – Maintain up-to-date market reports, contact databases, and CRM records.
Professionalism – Uphold MEPPI's positive, professional image through every customer interaction.
What you'll bring
Education – Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the rail transit, transportation, or rail manufacturing industry, or equivalent education and experience.
Sales Acumen – Advanced knowledge of commercial negotiation and technical sales processes.
Communication – Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage internal teams and external customers effectively.
Analysis – Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
Organization – Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Technology – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems (e.g., CRM tools).
