Enhance Lead Generation & Tracking: Coordinate the distribution of leads to the sales team and support data collection and analysis to improve lead conversion rates.
Support Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts, helping guide the team to meet revenue targets.
Analyze & Report on Sales Performance: Create insightful reports that track PSG's sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
Support Internal & External Events: Assist in organizing internal sales meetings and annual representative training sessions, as well as supporting MEPPI's participation in trade shows and industry events.
Provide Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to the Vice President of PSG and help streamline internal processes for the sales organization.
What You Will Bring:
Sales Operations Expertise: Strong background in sales operations, particularly within capital goods or services, with the ability to optimize processes and systems that improve overall sales effectiveness.
CRM Proficiency: Advanced skills in Salesforce or similar CRM tools to enhance sales performance, manage opportunities, and track forecasts.
Data-Driven Approach: Analytical skills to support data collection, sales reporting, and performance tracking, providing the sales team with actionable insights.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, external customers, and stakeholders effectively.
Training & Development Leadership: Ability to design and implement training programs that equip sales staff with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the electric utility industry and sales operations, enabling you to make informed recommendations and contribute to overall sales strategy.
