Position summary

timize sales processes by configuring the CRM tool, measuring effectiveness, and ensuring the team follows structured, efficient workflows.

  • Enhance Lead Generation & Tracking: Coordinate the distribution of leads to the sales team and support data collection and analysis to improve lead conversion rates.

  • Support Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts, helping guide the team to meet revenue targets.

  • Analyze & Report on Sales Performance: Create insightful reports that track PSG's sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.

  • Support Internal & External Events: Assist in organizing internal sales meetings and annual representative training sessions, as well as supporting MEPPI's participation in trade shows and industry events.

  • Provide Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to the Vice President of PSG and help streamline internal processes for the sales organization.

What You Will Bring:

  • Sales Operations Expertise: Strong background in sales operations, particularly within capital goods or services, with the ability to optimize processes and systems that improve overall sales effectiveness.

  • CRM Proficiency: Advanced skills in Salesforce or similar CRM tools to enhance sales performance, manage opportunities, and track forecasts.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Analytical skills to support data collection, sales reporting, and performance tracking, providing the sales team with actionable insights.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, external customers, and stakeholders effectively.

  • Training & Development Leadership: Ability to design and implement training programs that equip sales staff with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the electric utility industry and sales operations, enabling you to make informed recommendations and contribute to overall sales strategy.

  • Tech-Savviness & Problem Solving: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with an ability to adapt quickly to new tools and solve problems proactively.
