Solve Challenges with Confidence: Lead the resolution of commercial and technical issues such as payment delays, change orders, and delivery adjustments.
Facilitate Collaboration: Organize and document key meetings including project kick-offs, design reviews, and factory testing events.
Manage Documentation Flow: Oversee proposal creation, submittals, as-built documents, manuals, and other customer-facing materials.
Negotiate with Impact: Handle pricing, delivery terms, delay penalties, and other commercial items with fairness and strategic insight.
Maximize Profitability: Review orders and change orders to optimize project profitability without compromising customer value.
Coordinate Across Teams: Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and customer service teams.
Deliver Project Transparency: Prepare detailed project reports, participate in customer meetings, and communicate status updates to all stakeholders.
Support Internal Controls: Conduct formal review meetings in accordance with the company's Limits of Authority (LOA) policy.
What You Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in an industrial, technical, or construction environment—or equivalent education and experience.
Technical Know-How: Solid knowledge of commercial construction or electrical systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
Project Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and handling customer relationships.
Communication Excellence: Advanced interpersonal and written communication skills to work effectively across internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and issue-resolution abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Project) and project management tools.
