Position summary

oordinate Key Meetings:** Organize, facilitate, and document kick-off meetings, design reviews, and factory tests.

  • Ensure Project Excellence: Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, including goals, schedules, resources, risk assessments, payments, and contingencies.

  • Drive Negotiations: Negotiate price, delivery, change orders, contract terms, and more to ensure fair outcomes and maximize profitability.

  • Deliver Critical Documentation: Oversee the preparation and delivery of customer proposals, shop submittals, as-built documents, and operation manuals.

  • Foster Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of systems and services.

  • Keep Stakeholders Informed: Prepare project status reports, attend meetings, and communicate updates to management, customers, and stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with 5+ years of project management experience—or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of project management or commercial construction concepts, with basic knowledge of electrical systems.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.

  • Analytical Acumen: Advanced problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
