Manage all aspects of study execution: scope, strategy, schedule, budget, resource planning, and reporting.
Automate and enhance simulation models using programming tools like MATLAB, Python, and C++.
Lead customer proposal development and technical report delivery, ensuring high-quality, accurate documentation.
Present technical findings internally and externally; author white papers and conference presentations.
Collaborate with internal divisions and global counterparts to support product application and equipment design parameters.
Provide technical mentorship and promote the effective use of engineering tools and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE); Master's or PhD preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in utility planning, power systems consulting, or T&D application engineering.
Advanced expertise in electric power system modeling, operation, and control.
Proven experience with industry-standard tools including PSCAD, EMTP-RV, PSS/E, ASPEN, CAPE, and economic analysis software (PROMOD, MAPS).
Proficiency in data analysis and automation using MATLAB, Python, C++, or similar.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory bodies (IEEE, NERC, IEC, NESC, CIGRE).
Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
