Drive the design and execution of MEPPI's performance management program, creating a culture of continuous feedback and growth. - Champion initiatives to elevate employee engagement and retention, cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to bring best-in-class tools, programs, and resources to MEPPI.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to continuously enhance employee experience and reinforce MEPPI's values.
What You Bring:
Deep understanding of organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement best practices.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics.
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and training compliance.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
