What You'll Need:

• An Associate's degree in electronics or a related technical field, plus 2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, or equivalent education and experience.

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings and diagrams, with a keen eye for quality.

• Basic computer skills, particularly with MS Office and ERP systems.
