Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd shift

tation Accuracy**: Receive and review all job paperwork and verify proper completion of all job documentation.

Develop Your Team: Train and cross-train employees, provide continuing education opportunities, and conduct performance reviews in line with MEPPI policies.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality excellence.

Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure employees work safely and follow safety procedures; conduct accident investigations and lead start-of-shift meetings focused on safety, assignments, and procedural updates.

Manage Inventory Transactions: Ensure all material transactions are recorded accurately on paper or in the business system; enforce Material Center procedures.

Support Quality & Timeliness: Expedite VRMAs and MRRs promptly and maintain a clean, organized Material Center.

What You Bring

Education: Associate's degree in Material Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field, plus a minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Communication: Developed verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and group presentation abilities.
Technology Proficiency: Developed computer skills with MS Office and ERP systems, preferably Syteline.
