Ensure timely month-end and year-end close activities related to AP.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, producing regular reports for senior leadership.
Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and IT to align AP processes with broader financial strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP professionals across multiple geographies.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes, tax implications, and banking innovations impacting AP.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
10+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, ideally within banking or financial services.
Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-border teams.
Strong understanding of global payment systems, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and AP automation tools.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
The expected base salary ranges from $114,000 - $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
