    Position summary

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program objectives.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Actively participate with the key stakeholders in developing and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities in cybersecurity to inform program development.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity project managers, providing guidance and fostering growth. Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and other departments to achieve program goals.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Prepare and present program status reports to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
    10+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management or a related field.
    Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC).
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.

    Work Environment:
    This role may require occasional travel and the ability to work flexible hours to address cybersecurity incidents or program needs.

    The expected base salary ranges from $160k-$200k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
