Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of Data Quality Standards and Procedures
Collaborate across Data Domains, IT, Line of Business and Stakeholders to achieve goals
Analyze data quality requirements and conduct data profiling. Implement data quality rules and configure data observability.
Maintain knowledge of technology/tooling to support data quality management, and provide input into requirements for future tooling
Conduct complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality issues and/or control gaps
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
8+ years of data quality management experience, including foundational knowledge of best practices and industry standards
5+ years of experience with data analysis and data wrangling using tools such as SQL, Python
Experience with enterprise data quality and observability tools like Anomalo, Monte Carlo etc.
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders
Knowledge of control and risk management concepts with the ability to evaluate controls, create procedure and process flows in conjunction with business and control partners
Knowledge of relational and dimensional modelling
Knowledge of data warehouse, operational data store and data mart design concepts
Knowledge of source code management and DevOps platforms such as GitLab or GitHub
Experience with project/issue tracking software (JIRA)
Experience with data analytic reporting software such as Power BI
Experience with Data Catalogs such as Securiti.ai
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Creative thinker with the ability to design innovative data solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Strong experience in the CIB and/or Financial Services data domain would be advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Information Science & Engineering or Data Science, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
The expected base salary ranges from $105k-$150k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
