Oversee the review and verification of inbound documentation for all derivative products to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Serve as a key point of contact for the Derivatives Confirmation team, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders across the firm including Front Office, Legal, Audit and Finance.
As part of the PMC team participate to ensure all daily and periodic processes relevant to PMC are completed in a timely manner.
Experience and Skills required:
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting.
5+ years of relevant experience within financial services including management exposure.
Strong knowledge of the ISDA Definitions as required for transactional deal confirmation.
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
Demonstrated leadership and talent development skills.
Ability to effectively communicate to senior stakeholders at the firm, both written and verbal.
Organizational skill with ability to support numerous competing tasks.
The expected base salary ranges from $100,000 - $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
