    Position summary

    ds on experience in implementing complex solutions in vibrant and growing organizations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement processes necessary to govern domain level lifecycle capabilities to ensure forums, working groups and data sets are functioning appropriately.

    • Establish enterprise reference data sets through the use of deep understanding of existing sets and practices and collaboration across relevant stakeholders.

    • Define and implement generic and domain specific Master and Reference data governance, operations and related frameworks.

    • Develop unified and agreed upon approach to manage diverse solutions in interim implementation periods.

    • Facilitate and lead efforts necessary to deliver on program commitments and interdependencies necessary to guarantee success.

    • Work in a boundaryless fashion to ensure objectives are me through the elimination of friction and stumbling blocks that could hamper implementation and adoption.

    • Support key stakeholders and Other Data domains through the transition to and adoption of Master Reference data governance and data sets.

    • Ensure Master Reference Data processes and tooling are selected, implemented and govern in alignment with the program's goals and an eye towards value additive business goals.

    • Work with Issue Management to define and remediate issues related to Master Reference Data.

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS, Masters is a plus

    • A minimum of ten years of experience in finance, health or other highly regulated industry.

    • Demonstrated Data Analyst and Process improvement skillset in Master and Reference Data domains relevant to the Financial/Banking industry.

    • Ability to monitor, influence and escalate when working on projects with tight deadlines and commitments.

    • Effective collaborator, able to build relationships across and within domains.

    • Demonstrated experience in leading / directing deliverables, providing recommendations and taking initiative on projects or team tasks.

    • Highly organized with an ability to lead team members within individual workstreams or reviews.

    • Capable of driving outcomes independently, solving problems independently and escalating issues as encountered.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues across disparate businesses, regions and cultures.

    • Experience in development of business frameworks, control frameworks, issue remediation across business process or technology, possibly in a consulting or strategy role.

    • Demonstrated Data Analyst and Process improvement skillset in Master and Reference Data domains relevant to the Financial/Banking industry.

    • Ability to monitor, influence and escalate when working on projects with tight deadlines and commitments.

    The expected base salary ranges from $160k-$200k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
