    Position summary

    s of opportunity for Fixed Income

    • Contribute to ad hoc work supporting new product development, including elements of project management

    Financial Resource Management

    • Monitor Fixed Income's balance sheet and capital usage; develop analytics to drive optimization of resource utilization

    • Partner with Finance, Risk, and Business areas to conduct deep dive reviews of capital and balance sheet topics

    • Develop a commercial understanding of key capital and balance sheet methodologies and optimization strategies

    Performance Analytics & Other Responsibilities

    • Contribute to regular reporting of Fixed Income KPI's; identify potential enhancements and recommend changes to management

    • Prepare analysis and insights on business performance for senior management

    • Engage Finance to ensure accurate reporting of divisional financials

    • Provide dynamic support for the broader Fixed Income COO area as required

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in the financial industry; experience in investment banking market's area strongly preferred

    • Experience in a business management, strategy, or a financial analysis role

    • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required, including ability to create compelling presentations for senior management

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret a wide range of financial information

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including capacity to multi-task while maintaining a focus on timely delivering

    • Ability to work proactively and independently

    • Keen attention to detail and ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

    The expected base salary ranges from $100,000- $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
