Manage relationships with cross organizational partners to align IAM compliance requirements and drive accountability to streamline workflows and improve compliance metrics.
Identify, assess, and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to prioritize risks and drive corrective actions.
Stay up to date on evolving industry regulations, standards, and IAM compliance best practices to enhance processes and maintain compliance.
Lead a team of IAM analysts and managed service provider to operationalize and support the IAM Certifications and Compliance Management program effectively.
Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, compliance, or related fields within financial services or highly regulated industries.
Proven track record in managing IAM certification programs, including User Access Reviews and Privileged Access Reviews, to meet regulatory requirements like SOX and other compliance standards.
Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC) is a plus
The expected base salary ranges from $160k-$200k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
