    Position summary

    ols and process flows in the spirit of achieving continuous improvement .

    • Contribute to procedural updates as part of any process flow or system change .

    Qualifications :

    • A bachelor's degree in Finance , Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required .

    • Sound judgement, sense of urgency and accountability; time management; organizational and problem-solving skills .

    • Ability to execute in a high-pressure environment .

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player .

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills .

    • Comfort working with large datasets and/or general proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools.

    • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience performing reconciliation activities within an operational control environment a plus .

    • Experience working with FIS Intellimatch / Data Integrity Manager products a plus .

    • Familiarity with corporate banking payment processing systems (SWIFT, ACH, etc.) and flows a plus.

    • Understanding of securities trade and bank ing transaction lifecycles and key financial market utilities such as CHIPS, CLS, Fed, DTCC, NSCC, etc. a plus.

    The expected base salary for this role will be in the range of $ 64 ,000 - $1 00 ,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained . Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
