presentation materials for key liquidity management committees and regulatory meetings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and executive-level readiness
Support end-to-end trade processing and control activities, including trade bookings, deal reviews, and reconciliations across money market, repo, swaps and internal transactions.
Produce daily/weekly/month liquidity, P&L, and management reports
Drive automation and process-streamlining initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across treasury operations
Support regulatory examinations and drive the resolution of internal findings raised by second and third-line of defense stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum 3-7+ years of relevant professional experience within treasury or markets front- or middle-office functions
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
Working knowledge of key treasury concepts including asset-liability management, funds transfer pricing, liquidity stress testing, bank liquidity metrics, and balance sheet dynamics
Solid understanding of financial markets, with a strong practical grasp of interest rate dynamics, curve risk, and key market drivers
Demonstrated operational proficiency, including accurate and timely trade processing and an ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and sound risk judgment
Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, and MS Office
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, VBA, or Power BI is a plus
The expected base salary ranges from $85,000 - $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
