    Position summary

    figuration and product enhancement for Risk Authority. You will be also working on configurations development for Banking Cloud.

    As a product expert, your role will be central: you will work several other Moody's Analytics departments within our Business Line, such as Sales, Implementation Services, and Client Support teams to deliver, support and enhance our solution. You will also interact regularly with our clients to present our roadmap or to participate in product workshops.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyse and understand new supervisory regulations (e.g. Basel regulatory texts and reports, and National regulations) and gather requirements for new functionalities.

    • Configure and develop product expertise with RiskAuthority

    • Configure and support the new SaaS solution: Banking Cloud Credit Risk

    • Subject Matter Expertise on the product to assist our Clients facing teams during implementation projects, provide level-2 support to customers in production and Sales teams during Proof-of-Concept activities.

    • Work closely with engineering teams

    • Contribute to the prioritization of the development work.

    • Participate in End-to-End testing activities (unitary testing, configuration, results and reports analysis, bug identification and correction)

    • Actively participate in enhancing our knowledge database (e.g. documentation review, development of "how-to" entries, etc.)

    • Ability to converse with Client IT teams and internal Engineering teams to analyze and document issues and to convey corresponding solutions

    • Participate in product release including training the sales, services and support teams on new features.

    Qualifications:

    The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor or Master degree in IT and/or Finance and 5+ years of professional experience in software implementation projects (gained with either banks, software house, consulting firms or integrators) or software product management.

    • Basel III Credit Risk domain knowledge is required, or alternatively a basic domain knowledge on Basel III Market Risk or Liquidity Risk.
    • Knowledge in any of the following regulations is a plus: CRR / CRR2, COREP, FINREP, BCBS Final BIII, MAS637, HKMA Capital rules, MAS639, EBA FED (not exhaustive).
    • Past working experience with any of the software from the Riskfoundation Suite (RiskAuthority and/or RiskConfidence) is highly appreciated.
    • Hands-on IT skills is a must e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Python
    • Knowledge on AWS is a plus
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with business experts and IT
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • The capability to participate in all phases of a software development project
    • Experience in software development lifecycle/ project lifecycle with the ability to design and create financial instrument test cases.
    • Experience in product management.
    • Strong analytic skill with the ability to investigate and solve technical issue
    • Good understanding of bank financial instruments
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Strong spoken and written English is required.
