    Summary

    This role is responsible for maintaining, documenting and improving databases that are made available online to subscribers, and for responding to and assisting clients with their data-related requests. Candidate must reside near Boca Raton, Florida, this is a hybrid position.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain company's historical databases that are available online to subscribers in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Respond to client requests and inquiries.

    • Assist and support internal and external clients in accessing our data.

    • Improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the speed and accuracy of our updates.

    • Expand existing data offering with additional economic or demographic statistics about a geography or area (indicators) and new sources of data is also necessary.

    • Provide top quality documentation, such as internal procedures and any information regarding the collection methods, definitions, and frequently asked questions for an economic or demographic statistic (indicator).

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate or advanced degree with course work in economics, finance, statistics, or related fields preferred.

    • 2+ years of work experience in this sector or other related fields.

    • Programming languages such as SQL, Python

    • Expert-level Excel skills

    • PowerBI

    • Focused, accurate, having a sense of curiosity are important skills for this role

    For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $45,900 - $66,600, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
