How does a day of a Ratings Associate look like?
Support senior analysts in credit analysis related to ratings, research and outreach activities.
Monitor credit quality and issuer and/or industry trends by following market developments.
Analyze issuer reporting and engage with issuers directly for follow-up discussions.
Interpret and analyze relevant financial data and other credit inputs.
Shape research strategy, including idea generation and preliminary drafting.
Attend investor briefings and issuer meetings and support preparation of discussion materials.

Qualifications
University degree with relevant work experience
Interest in quantitative and data analysis
Good communication skills, articulate speaking skills
Ability to work effectively and collaborative in a team
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of priorities
Fluency in Japanese and English
