What you'll do:

  • Serve as the Pendo subject matter expert, promoting best practices and addressing data integrity issues

  • Provide training and support for end users, creating clear documentation for a seamless user experience.

  • Consult and advocate necessary metadata to enable accurate user segmentation and insights

  • Increase internal awareness and adoption of product analytics

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define metrics for product features and user behavior

  • Prepare regular product health reports to guide strategy

  • Monitor and report on product KPIs over time

  • Drive first time adoption of features and use in-app guides to support commercial success

  • Automate data correlation, analysis, and reporting wherever possible

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years in a product or business analytics role, with strong presentation skills

  • Pendo Administrator certification preferred; experience with Jira, SFDC, and Power BI is a plus

  • Innovative problem solver with strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills

  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and resolve complex issues

  • Naturally curious and a proactive learner

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of analytics and reporting, collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • The starting pay range for this role is $85,000+ per annum.
