What you'll do:
Work with customers post-sale to evaluate existing systems, process, and/or user needs to analyse, recommend, design and implement best-practises associated to multiple applications
Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently with minimal supervision
Analyse and map customer business requirements to implementation objectives and the defined Scope of Work
Liaise between cross functional teams to coordinate and execute the project lifecycle
Effectively report and communicate to project teams
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of various NAVEX software solutions
Present NAVEX's products and services to customers while providing functional and technical expertise
Utilise Salesforce.com and Professional Service Automation tools to optimise Sales and Project Management activities
10% - 15% air travel, including overnight stays, may be required
What you'll bring:
2+ years of software implementation experience; Ethics & Compliance industry experience in Training, Policy or Ethics a plus
Experience with business process management and implementing SaaS delivery models; creating comprehensive business process and/or training documentation
Strong analytical and decision-making ability; used to gathering business requirements and solution orientated proposals
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a cross functional, remote team and coordinate project escalations
Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to changing business and technical environments
Proven project management, planning and presentation skills
Experience with MS Office Professional applications
Experience conducting meetings/presentations using web tools
