What you'll do:

  • Drive all aspects of Field Marketing in your region, including demand generation, content, PR, digital, events, etc.

  • Partner with the locale Sales team(s) translating business objectives into an efficient and effective integrated marketing plan

  • Act as a strategic partner, collaborating with BDRs, Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to identify gaps and opportunities to build the NAVEX brand in France, driving pipeline and revenue growth

  • Manage the extension of global marketing activities into France

  • Execute a variety of marketing programmes and activities including cross sell/upsell campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and events/webinars

  • Measure marketing impact and evaluate event/campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and improve the overall effectiveness of marketing

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent

  • 2+ years' experience coordinating and executing demand generation campaigns or in a similar position developing the French market

  • Fluency in French and English

  • SaaS or enterprise software experience, with a compliance solutions vendor would be a plus

  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team / matrixed environment with proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive a project or programme to success

  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, social platforms such as LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office

  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to thrive in an environment of change

  • Experience in negotiating with and managing suppliers

  • Ability to travel as needed - up to 25%

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision-making, marketing strategy and project management

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust
