What you'll do:
Evaluate the current partner community, validate viability, and present a 'keep, remove, grow' recommendation to NAVEX senior management
Id entify early-stage initiatives within target organisations and provide visibility into upcoming projects, including potential RFPs and formal procurement processes -key to your success
Build and execute growth and development business plans with each partner across the NAVEX product portfolio, ensuring alignment with NAVEX's value proposition
Act as a trusted ambassador for NAVEX in the partner landscape, representing us at industry events, nurturing new networks, and identifying high-potential partners
Create strong alignment between partners and NAVEX sales by driving joint account planning, opportunity alignment, and measurable go-to-market initiatives
Work closely with partner marketing on demand generation campaigns that increase pipeline and strengthen partner visibility in the market
Establish training and enablement plans to ensure partners are skilled at representing NAVEX in sales, solutions engineering, and implementation
Conduct regular QBRs, manage partner account profiles and pipelines in Salesforce.com, and report progress in a timely manner
What you'll bring:
10+ years of demonstrated experience building and managing partner/channel relationships in the DACH region that deliver measurable revenue growth
Strong track record in SaaS or software solutions; risk and compliance industry experience highly desirable
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels - from partner sales reps to C-level executives
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment and brings energy and initiative to every partnership
Strong business management skills, with the ability to influence others based on credibility, confidence, and mutual respect
Native-level German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills essential
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Travel as needed, including overnight stays
