What you'll do:

  • Learn and apply industry knowledge in support of sales for our integrated risk and compliance solutions

  • Conduct pre-sales activities such as research, discovery and product presentations for revenue generation and pipeline growth

  • Provide support in management of sales pipeline

  • Strategically influence buyers by demonstrating the value of our solutions and services

  • Leverage position core competencies to advance customers through the sales cycle

  • Evaluate customer environments, processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend best practice solutions

  • Make data driven decisions based on KPIs like win rate, average days to close and cross-sell %

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in software pre-sales, sales, consulting or implementation in the corporate marketplace

  • Strong business management skills and familiarity with at least one sales methodology

  • Demonstrated experience influencing customers and stakeholders

  • Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English

  • The starting pay for this role is 10,870,000 JPY per annum plus 1,630,000 JPY target variable. Target variable pay is based on individual achievement factors and is not guaranteed.
