What you'll do:
Work closely with, and provide support for, our team of US and global Account Executives to increase productivity and effectiveness through better usage of Salesforce.com
Validate and accurately approve quotes in alignment to company policies and procedures
Monitor status of deal review to ensure timely acceptance, and proactively communicate with Account Executives regarding delays or issues that may arise
Identify and escalate issues as necessary
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to facilitate and aid in the deal process
Support ad hoc projects and duties which may, from time to time, be assigned to you by your manager
What you'll need:
2+ years relevant experience with an interest in working within a sales and sales operations environment in an administrative capacity
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Excel and Word; knowledge of any CPQ is a plus
Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and coordinate with management based in the US
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
An openness to change and willingness to take informed risks
Ability to exercise confidentiality
Ability to drive results through your job competencies attention to detail, collaboration and administrative sales support
Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

The starting pay for this role is 940,000 INR and night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
