What you'll do:
Manage campaign creation and execution
Partner with Demand Generation and cross-departmentally, implementing best-practices
Create email templates and segments
Coordinate the Marketing activities calendar to ensure there is no overlap of campaigns going to the same segment
Ensure data accuracy to support post-mortem campaign reporting
Analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance
Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient use of Marketo across the marketing team.
Coordinate various ad campaigns, events and other related activities
What you'll need:
3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar
Expertise in Marketo or other marketing automation software
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and their integration with marketing automation platforms
Excellent project management acumen
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines simultaneously
Experience with reporting and analytics
A data driven mindset with strong analytical, data accuracy and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive results through your job competencies of technical aptitude, collaboration, and paying attention to detail
Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instilling trust

Starting pay rate for this role is 2,000,000 INR per annum.
