What You Will Do:

  • Create innovative advancements of our product platform and collaborate with our awesome agile team members

  • Promote opportunities for refactoring and identify areas of optimization

  • Research and leverage commercial products, libraries and tools that can be used to solve problems

  • Provide technical mentorship to our newest engineers

  • Participate in design sessions with other engineers, architects and product managers

  • Use automation, including continuous integration, automated deployments, automated unit and functional testing

  • Provide constructive and honest feedback during sprint retrospectives with a team mindset

What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or be good enough that we won't notice through equivalent prior work-related experience

  • 7+ year's full-stack software development experience, ideally in a SaaS or micro service-based system

  • Knowledge of, or willingness to adapt to, our technology stack: C# .NET, .NET Core, API development, Microsoft's Tabular Object Model (TOM) or REST APIs for PowerBI, SQL (MSSQL), SnowFlake data cloud services.

  • Experience with AWS Services (S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway) preferred, not required

  • Experience with Azure Services for PowerBi preferred, not required

  • Familiar with Data Modeling (Star or Snowflake schema)

  • A passion for problem solving and innovation with the desire to learn and grow

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to participate effectively with a team and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  • Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

  • The starting pay for this role is $125,000 per annum with 5% MBO.

  • Pay progression is based on performance.
