What you'll do:

• Partner with global stakeholders across NAVEX to create and/or evolve strategic growth opportunities

• Develop live and digital learning experiences that are scalable, AI-enhanced, and enable our amazing talent to thrive

• Facilitate engaging and inspiring sessions that spark possibility in others while driving clear outcomes

• Plan purposefully and pivot confidently in response to evolving, fast-paced business needs

• Optimize tools, methods, and practices to deliver with excellence and elevate impact

• Measure, analyze, and communicate the value of our strategic work

• Collaborate with our U.S. based Talent Success team to accelerate NAVEX's performance, having a lot of fun along the way

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of professional training experience

• Digital learning expertise. You've designed and delivered scalable learning using AI tools and e-authoring platforms (e.g., Articulate and Rise)

• A strategic mindset with heart. You're committed to people and culture, creating experiences where team members thrive and results follow

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills. You earn trust quickly and inspire others to act

• A high bar for excellence. You work independently and own your success, while collaborating closely with others to elevate collective outcomes
