What you'll do:
Manage and nurture the 3rd party risk product management team to achieve high performance and potential
Lead innovative product vision, strategy and roadmap for our 3rd Party Risk and GRC solutions while successfully managing day-to-day activities
Work with senior leadership, stakeholders, and other teams to develop and execute product strategies
Build tight partnerships with key stakeholders, customers and partners to ensure NAVEX remains ahead of what our customers need most
Deliver exceptional products that create real impact for our customers
Communicate internally the value proposition of products and roadmap updates
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to recommend continuous improvement
Serve as a thought leader in 3rd Party Risk by representing NAVEX at industry events and more
What you'll need:
A bachelor's degree and prior work-related experience or equivalent
15+ years' experience driving product innovation and revenue growth for a global software company, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
Expertise in compliance requirements and regulations, and the ability to translate them into actionable product features, specifically 3rd Party Risk
Understanding of integration technologies and APIs
Stellar track record of developing great product teams
Deep, hands-on experience with modern product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development process
Profound focus on user experience and the ability to design intuitive and user-friendly GRC solutions
Proven ability to identify and prioritize new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape
Passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn a vision into reality
Exceptional verbal and written skills and relentless attention to detail
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to drive results through your job competencies of talent development, influence and strategic execution
Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

The starting pay range for this role is $230,000+per annum with 20% MBO.
