What you'll do:
Own key elements of the go-to-market strategy, including product positioning and messaging, launch planning and execution, and sales enablement, across NAVEX's full portfolio of products and by segment, vertical and buyer persona
Define and evolve portfolio-level positioning and value narratives aligned to our product roadmap and own the development of compelling differentiated messaging, that leverages competitive intelligence
Translate product strategy into clear, executable market motions
Serve as a primary partner to Product Management on market input, buyer needs and competitive insights to inform product roadmap
Own the product launch framework, ensuring consistent, high impact launches across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
Ensure Sales teams are fully enabled with messaging, use cases, competitive plays, competitive battle cards, and customer proof to sell value
Align Product Marketing initiatives to support enterprise and strategic account motions
Establish and report on KPIs that connect product marketing efforts to business outcomes
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
15+ years of B2B product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS or tech. Marketing to HR, legal or compliance personas will be a plus
5+ years leading and scaling product marketing or GTM teams
Proven track record of developing strong partnerships with Sales and Product leadership
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the senior level
History of leading teams that strive for continual improvement
Proven experience marketing platform-based solutions and integrated product portfolios with a background supporting effective go-to-market strategies
Strong customer-focus with a strategic and commercial mindset
