    About the position:

    Netskope is looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Team. This role will be responsible for working cross functionally with Quote-to-Cash stakeholders to understand and deliver on key initiatives. They will accomplish this through analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, managing project timelines and delivery, and enabling end user adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, a strong background supporting the Salesforce CPQ platform, and experience working within a complex Salesforce environment.
    Responsibilities:

    • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand Quote-to-Cash business processes and requirements
    • Own the end to end management of Salesforce CPQ projects within Jira, including backlog grooming, development of sprint cycles, solution documentation, and end user enablement
    • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Order Management, Finance, and Deal Desk to prioritize requests, scope projects, and organize a monthly roadmap
    • Partner with the Salesforce Team to design and implement scalable solutions
    • Manage the design and launch of Partner CPQ
    • Standardize collection of project requirements and develop a consistent communication cadence with stakeholders
    • Develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders to monitor progress on projects
    • Maintain repository of Salesforce CPQ training materials and project documentation
    • Work with end users to measure Salesforce CPQ adoption and identify areas of improvement
    • Promote best practices within Salesforce and third party connected applications

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst at a B2B SaaS company

    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred, but not required)

    • Experience managing projects end to end, including working with cross functional teams to evaluate business requirements, backlog grooming, sprint cycles, project rollouts, and post mortems

    • Familiarity with project management tools (preferably Jira)

    • Comprehensive understanding of multiple CPQ functionalities including perpetual and subscription-based licensing, different discounting models, amendments, extensions, co-terming, and renewals.

    • Experience in executing a minimum of one complete Salesforce CPQ project lifecycle

    • Experience launching and managing Partner CPQ

    • Familiarity with third party applications, such as Netsuite, Celigo, CLM tools

    • Understanding of Sales Quote-to-Cash business processes in B2B SaaS environments

    • Ability to work directly with a variety of stakeholders, including Director level and above, to capture business requirements and provide solutions within Salesforce

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in related field
