    VM - 陈列主管

    主要职责:

    -带领陈列团队,负责门店陈列调整与维护。包括相关工作的计划,执行,反馈以及陈列物 料的管理。

    -执行当季和每月的视觉陈列和造型策略,配合团队完成店内所有元素执行(橱窗、模特、 灯光、整体陈列)

    -关注畅销品的陈列状况。以陈列手段配合换季货品的清理。以陈列为工具,推动销售达成。

    -辅导,监督,培训和发展陈列团队成员。

    -计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工,支持个人发展,就 员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见;

    • 协助店铺经理提供优质的消费者体验和员工体验并且实施/执行全球和区域计划,推动经 营成果发展。

    职位要求:

    -大学学历并且具有 2-5 年的相关经验,其中 2 年以上的陈列经验。基本功扎实。能够完成 KPI 分析,以陈列为工具,达成业务目标。

    -具有主动沟通意识和较强的辅导能力。

    -具有卖场营运经验,可以完成门店值班工作。
