    The ideal candidate needs to be a highly creative problem solver, who doesn't settle for anything less than the best Graphic Design solutions, to meet the needs of the consumer or athlete. This person will be elevating the consumer experience by focusing on both the art and science of Graphic and Print design, and driving Graphic Design excellence through the connection of trend, design, development, and manufacturing mainly Apparel graphics but not only, as footwear or accessories can be part of the mix in an Head to Toe approach depending on the projects.

    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    You'll be partnering with the RNWY Graphic Design team, Apparel Design team, Footwear Design team, Color and Materials Design teams, and Development teams, and bringing to life the seasonal creative direction through Graphic Design aesthetic and application. You will use your design skills to create original graphics and/or patterns and prints, that accurately reflect the Nike RNWY Design Principles, and philosophy. You'll also create graphics that are industry leading, trend right, and consistently incorporate consumer and athlete insights through powerful storytelling and emotional connectivity.

    From creating seasonal graphic designs to finalizing tech packs, from working with manufacturing partners to communicating directly with athletes and collaborators, the daily responsibilities of this role are wide ranging, challenging, and rewarding.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    This role does not have direct reports, and reports directly to the RNWY - Graphic Design Director, while regularly partnering with other Graphic Designers, Footwear and Apparel Color Designers, Materials Designers, Developers, and Product Line Managers.

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 2-3 years or more of graphic design experience at agency or in-house setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training

    • Ability to create seasonal Graphic and Print designs and concepts, and explore new Graphic Design innovations and applications

    • Understanding of the Apparel Product Creation process, Footwear Product Creation experience a plus

    • Experience working and communicating directly with manufacturing partners to ensure the accuracy of Graphics application and execution

    • Ability to create and edit files using Adobe programs including Photoshop and Illustrator

    • Experience building inspiration/concept presentations, and mood boards for seasonal concepts and direction

    • Ability to present new ideas or seasonal concepts to small and large groups
