Analyze design performance using relevant data and metrics. Translate insights into actionable improvements, continuously iterating to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
• Agency management: Oversee and guide agency partners, reviewing all deliverables to maintain high standards and consistency.
• Stakeholder communication: Present design concepts and outcomes and deliver schedule clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Content brief: Provide digital key story content brief including site specs, key touchpoints etc. to brand creative team and well understand visual guidance from brand perspective.
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional experience on digital design.
Bachelor's degree. Strong ability in UI and graphic design, preferably with experience in E-commerce platform like WeChat and Tmall.
Proven experience in UX/UI and campaign design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and other key design software.
Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends, tools in UX&UI field.
Experience managing agencies or creative team.
Strong communication skills in leading platforms and vendor.
Basic working proficiency in English.
