elimination of manual and repetitive tasks; ensure the environment is supervised and technical issues, including order reconciliation and "click to Ship", are fixed while communicating to all business and technical partners by demonstrating the existing communication channels; ensure problem resolution, participate in global projects / programs, and lead smaller technical projects/initiatives to improve the environment, build the right partnerships, understanding the business processes, aligning to future strategies, and assessing how this could impact the future ways of working; work with external partners in our product, engineering, and support teams; and collaborate with the Nike Direct business stakeholders during peak and high heat moments. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from SD, VT, and WV.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Information Systems Security and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.
