WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Team culture, leadership & growth development - you will manage and coach multiple designers, building opportunities for individual development, performance management, recognition and rewards.
Elevating the craft & storytelling - you will be responsible for consistent level of deliverables across Art & Design, constantly elevating Nike's Design and Art Direction output.
Support studios with hands-on creative work - you will encourage and lead innovative thinking, collaboration, and execution on the day to day of the projects. Represent creative in reviews with leadership.
Provide inspiration for the discipline - you will push sport imaging, sport graphic design & sport motion into the future with regular trend reports. You will need to ahead of emerging trends, helping set what's next.
Cross-functional collaboration - you will be responsible for elevating the Art Direction across all brand touch points: Retail, Digital, Media, E-commerce, Brand Voice, Styling and geo executions.
Industry & sport culture connectivity - you will demonstrate an active interest and connection with the creative industry through event attendance, talent scouting and trend leadership.
