We're seeking a visionary leader who can champion consumer-led planning strategies that unlock Nike's full potential across Revenue, Margin, Inventory, and Profitability. This role will empower Nike Direct Store Planners to deliver strategic growth across sport focus areas, ensuring channel plans are aligned to maximize consumer demand and marketplace impact. The successful candidate will bring elevated stakeholder engagement, sharp commercial acumen, and a passion for performance.
10+ years of experience in Planning, Merchandising and Retail/Sales, and closely related fields with a bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
Deep understanding of consumer, product, and marketplace dynamics.
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Mastery of retail metrics and planning methodologies (stock & sales planning, gross to net, shipment, and liquidation).
Strategic financial decision-making through an enterprise-wide lens.
Ability to shape and align mid-to-long term growth strategies with cross-functional leaders.
Inspirational leadership to navigate complexity and deliver results with optimism.
Exceptional communication skills with a talent for storytelling and clarity.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As Director, Stores Planning, Pacific, you will lead monthly, seasonal, and annual planning across NSP, NVS, and NSO channels, driving execution to achieve revenue, margin, market share, and inventory goals.
