    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, mentoring, or instruction.

    • Bachelor's degree in any field or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

    • Proven ability to connect and inspire people, lead engaging meetings, and provide strategic recommendations.

    • Demonstrated capability to foster a culture of continuous learning, applying consumer insights to strategy, planning, and content development.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You will serve as Nike's product authority, transforming innovations and brand stories into meaningful, immersive experiences. You'll inspire retail teams and athletes through education, storytelling, and tools that strengthen product knowledge and fuel connection.

    • Develop locally relevant seasonal plans aligned with city or geo marketing teams.
    • Create experiential training sessions across multiple formats-including video, virtual, and in-person-that energize Retail Associates.
    • Visit retail stores at least once a week to stay connected to the marketplace and athlete experience.
    • Share insights with marketing teams on consumers, products, competition, and emerging trends.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training content reflects Nike's brand voice and athlete-first philosophy.
    • Support execution of training events with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness through feedback and data.
