    Position summary

    Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

    Lead: drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life

    Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team. You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning

    Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential

    Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

    WHAT YOU BRING:

    • A passion for the Nike brand

    • Area Management or Multi-Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (50+ employees)

    • The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams

    • Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills

    • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Sound computer proficiency
