    Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will also;

    • Be accountable for creating and maintaining a premium and customer-focused team

    • Analyse, interpret and provide insights to identify opportunities and develop plans to maximise results

    • Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life

    • Provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team. You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning

    WHAT YOU BRING:

    • A passion for the Nike brand

    • Area Management or Multi-Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (50+ employees)

    • The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams

    • Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills

    • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
