    Position summary

    • Bachelor/Master Degree student or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or other relevant fields

    • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities

    • Proven great teammate attitude

    • Ambitious, autonomous and information seeking attitude

    • Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Human Resources are a plus (please include in your CV)

    • A passion for the Nike brand and an active interest in sports, fitness, or movement - whether through participating, watching, or simply staying active

    IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

    • Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution)

    • Be available for a 3-month fulltime (30h - 37.5h/weekly) internship starting in March - February 2026

    • Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office at our Nike ELC Campus, Nikelaan 1, 2430 Laakdal (Free shuttle bus for interns on a daily basis from Antwerp Central Station - Nike ELC)

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    As a Human Resources and People Solutions intern, you'll play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting HR operations across the ELC. Previous interns have worked on:

    • Collaborating with HR teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations

    • Supporting the development and implementation of local policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across EMEA

    • Conducting research and analysis to build the case for change and inform HR decisions

    • Developing and tracking critical metrics and scorecards to measure HR performance and drive business outcomes

    • Supporting HR managers in driving HR process excellence, including performance management and other key HR initiatives

    • Facilitating the programming for the current cohort of interns and improving the recruitment process for the next recruitment cycle
